Refund Policy
AutoMLeads is a downloadable desktop software application. Because it is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do stand behind our product and will issue refunds under the specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the app does not function as described on your operating system, you have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, and you can provide clear evidence the issue was not resolved (screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases, inability to use the software due to user error or incompatible hardware, partial use of the software after purchase, or refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@automleads.co with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Order ID]. Include your proof of purchase and attach evidence of the issue. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@automleads.co.
5. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Note that this right may not apply once the software has been downloaded and activated, as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content.
